How to apply for our products

We are a dedicated intermediary only lender. This means our mortgage products are available exclusively via mortgage brokers. If you would like to find out more information about a particular product or would like to discuss the options that are available to you from Keystone Property Finance, you will need to do this with one of our approved mortgage brokers.

Do you have a mortgage application in progress with us?

If your mortgage application is currently being progressed with Keystone Property Finance and you have a question, we would recommend you speak directly with your broker. Your broker will be kept fully updated with the progress of your application and as such will be best placed to assist you further.

Do you have a mortgage nearing the end of its term?

If you already have a mortgage with us and it’s nearing its end, please contact your mortgage broker and ask them to contact us regarding your options.

What to do if you’re an existing customer with a query

We like to make life as easy as we can for our customers, which is why we make sure that we have lots of useful information available for whenever it’s needed. If you have a question around your mortgage and would like to speak to someone that can help you further, our customer support team are happy to assist.
