We've Reduced our Fixed Rates and more

We want to support brokers at every opportunity possible which is why we have reduced the rates on our Fixed Rate product range as well as our Switch & Fix offering.

Our 5-year Fixed Rates have been reduced by 0.65% and we are available at 65% and 7% LTV for Standard and Specialist properties.

Rates are now starting from 6.09%

The Switch & Fix offering has also been reduced again by 0.20%.

This range is available for any customers who are on a Variable Rate and allows them to easily move onto a Fixed Rate at no cost.
