How do you keep me updated regarding case progression and actions?

Our broker portal updates in real time allowing you to view the latest case notes and action updates from our pre-offer and underwriting teams.

What are your solicitor requirements?

For individual applications your clients can instruct their own solicitors, providing they are registered with the Law Society and have 3 SRA Approved Managers. For Limited Company applications, we require one of our panel solicitors to act on our behalf. Your client may instruct their own solicitor, (but they must have a minimum of 2 SRA Approved Managers) or use the Panel solicitor Keystone instructs as well. A full list of our Panel Solicitors can be found here.
