Submitting an Application
Log into the broker portal and you will be given three options to create an illustration request, an AIP or a full mortgage application. Select the applicable option and follow the steps shown on screen. If you would like to discuss the case in further details or require help in submitting your application, then please call the broker hotline on 0345 148 9086 and select option 1 for our internal sales team.
Depending on the type of application, a variety of documents may be required. We’ve produced a handy guide of the most commonly required documents which you can find here.
Our broker portal updates in real time allowing you to view the latest case notes and action updates from our pre-offer and underwriting teams.
For individual applications your clients can instruct their own solicitors, providing they are registered with the Law Society and have 3 SRA Approved Managers. For Limited Company applications, we require one of our panel solicitors to act on our behalf. Your client may instruct their own solicitor, (but they must have a minimum of 2 SRA Approved Managers) or use the Panel solicitor Keystone instructs as well. Please note that all legal fees are payable by the applicants.
Using the MyKeystone Broker Portal
To start the process, click here to register with us online. If you are directly authorised by the FCA you will also need to fill in an Intermediary Agreement and send it through via email to our internal sales team at enquiry@keystonepropertyfinance.co.uk
Following the registration submission and receipt of any further information required, your registration will be processed within 4 working hours.
Once registered you will then have access to the Broker Portal which will allow you to submit illustration requests, AIPs and full mortgage applications. You can also use our handy 'how to' guide to help you navigate your way around our Portal.
