We have an update on our rates
From today, we have updated our rates across Classic and Complex ranges, as well as relaunching our 5-year products:
Our Classic range has been increased by:
- Up to 0.15% on 2 year fixed Standard and Specialist products
- Up to 0.50% on 5 year fixed Standard and Specialist products
Complex range has been increased by:
0.65%, with the lowest rate in this range now starting from 6.44%.
Our Product Transfer facility is still accessible for your landlord clients that already have a BTL mortgage with us and this product set cater for Ex-Pats and Holiday Lets. The rates have been increased by 0.70%.
Our rates now start from 4.69%
