It’s here, our brand new Product Transfer Plus range, which is available for existing borrowers. Now, landlords can boost their borrowing potential with the addition of a Further Advance when they apply for a Product Transfer (PT), setting a new standard for flexibility in the buy to let market.

With the rates mirroring our competitive PT range including two and five-year fixed options.  Additional borrowing of up to 80% LTV is available, meeting landlords' evolving needs to raise capital without remortgaging. Not only this, but the arrangement fees are 1.5% or 3.5%.

The process is seamless, very similar to the way you would select our current PT offering: the size of the Further Advance is determined by an affordability assessment tailored to individual or limited company applications. 

And the best part? We're offering a generous procuration fee of up to 0.55%. With the PT Plus product, a physical valuation is required, however, we cover the full cost of these valuations.

For limited company applications, independent legal advice (ILA) is a required and we're here to help. We have partnered with iLA Law to offer a discounted fee starting from £175+VAT, with appointments available within 24 hours.
