NEW Refurb to Let Product

We have some exciting news to share… landlords can now breathe new life into their property investments with our brand new Refurb to Let product range. This gives landlords the opportunity to carry out light refurbishment projects.

Landlords can take a short-term 6 month loan with no ERCs to carry out light refurb work such as kitchen renovations or converting a standard property into an HMO accommodating up to 6 occupants.

Borrowers can choose from two options for interest payments:

• Rolled up – The interest is deferred until the end of the term when the full balance is due therefore no monthly payments are needed.
• Serviced – The interest accrued is paid through monthly instalments via Direct Debit and the balance is then settled at the end of the term.

To speed up access to funds, we offer streamlined underwriting for the Refurb to Let offer. It also uses title insurance to accelerate the legal process.

Following the refurbishment, borrowers can then switch seamlessly onto a fixed rate with Keystone’s variety of Refurb Exit products. They can also take out additional borrowing up to 80% LTV to support the expansion of their buy to let portfolio.

If any of your clients are looking to refurbish a property, follow these easy steps below:

✅ Step 1 - Fully submit the Refurb to Let application via our broker portal, afterwards you can then immediately start the Refurb Exit application.

✅ Step 2 - Ensure the Refurb Exit application has been submitted at least 90 days before the end of the refurb term

✅ Step 3 - Once your client has completed the refurbishment works and they can then move onto a Refurb Exit product. Subject to underwriting.
