MyKeystone Pay By Link System

The Pay By Link System was introduced due to two-factor authentication having to be provided when making payments for a better protection process. However, rather than us just ensuring the two-factor authentication has been completed, we have taken it one step further and created a way for you to send a payment link to your landlord client, this allows the landlord to pay directly and receive the request via email or text message (you can select which method they would prefer on the MyKeystone portal). You could also select to make the payment for the landlord, using a two-factor authentication.

This payment method is powered by Barclays and runs via the MyKeystone portal, if you wish to select a payment link to your landlord client, then you will get a confirmation email once the landlord has paid, this then allows you to go ahead and submit the case.
