Keystone joins Mortgage Intelligence and Next Intelligence

We are excited to announce that we have joined the Mortgage Intelligence (MI) and Next Intelligence (NI) lender panels. This partnership means even more brokers now have direct access to our specialist buy to let products and criteria.

While this is the first time Keystone has appeared on either MI or NI’s panels, we were previously on the panel for the mortgage club Dynamo for Intermediaries, which merged with NI in January this year. We are delighted to continue offering the same great service and buy to let expertise to Dynamo members, as well as extending our support to even more members and advisers across MI and NI.

From today, MI and NI advisers can now start submitting cases through Keystone for any of their buy to let cases, including:

🌟 Lending to Individuals, Trading Limited Companies, Special Purpose Vehicles and Limited Liability Partnerships

🌟 Ex-pats, including self-employed individuals and retired applicants, are accepted across Standard, Specialist, and Holiday Let properties.

🌟 Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and Multi-Units up to 15 occupants/units.

🌟 Hybrid properties, including Multi-Units where one or more of the units is an HMO.

🌟 Portfolio lending up to £10m.

MI and NI brokers can also apply for our limited-time Cashback products for new applications, as well as our Product Transfer and innovative Product Transfer Plus ranges, which allows existing landlords to apply for additional.
