Introducing our Classic and Complex ranges

As of today (16th March), we have simplified our product offering by introducing our Classic and Complex buy to let ranges. 

These product ranges are tailored to suit landlords within the current market by offering multiple options to cover both mainstream and complex buy to let properties.

As part of our Classic range, we will accept:

• HMOs of up to 6 beds
• MUFBs of up to 6 units
• Maximum loan size of £1.5m per property
• £3m of lending per individual
• Trading Limited Company, SPVs & LLPs
• Minor adverse acceptable
   

As part of the Complex range, we will accept:

• HMOs of up to 15 beds
• MUFBs of up to 15 units
• Max loan size of £2m per property
• £10m of lending per individual
• Trading Limited Company, SPVs & LLPs
