We recognise that submitting a buy to let case often requires multiple documents to be uploaded and labelled, which can be time-consuming. To simplify this process, we have developed and integrated a new AI-powered document labelling software.
Starting today, 9th June, you can bulk upload all your clients’ documents to our broker portal, and our system will automatically label them for you in seconds.
This innovative AI-powered software, created by our team, uses artificial intelligence to quickly identify data from the borrowers’ documents and label them—saving you time and speeding up the case application process.

What does this mean for brokers?
This new software enables registered Keystone brokers to upload documents quickly and efficiently, eliminating the need to manually label each document required for their clients' cases.
You can now bulk upload documents instead of doing it one by one. Please ensure that the documents are marked individually and not combined into a single file.
How do I use this new system?
To upload documents to your Keystone account, simply log in through our broker portal, find the case you wish to update, click on the document tab, and select files. This will open a window where you can upload all your documents either by selecting them or by dragging and dropping them into the upload box.
Click the "Upload and Analyse" button at the bottom of this window to initiate the AI software.

How will I know if it has worked?
Once you have uploaded your documents to the broker portal, a confirmation screen will appear indicating whether all documents have been uploaded and labelled successfully. Our Pre-Offer team will be on hand to check and ensure the correct labels have been given.
