- Minimum employed or pension income of £25,000 per annum
- Must have an active credit footprint in the UK
- Must have at least one BTL property in the UK - rented for a minimum of 6 months
- Must have paid UK tax or declared income for UK tax purposes
- Where applicable, must provide the latest two years SA302 and Tax Calculations or Tax Overview
