Working from home tips
As most of us are now working from home, Keystone staff and office dogs included, we wanted to share some of our top tips that have helped us adapt to this new way of working.
- Stay connected – It’s good to use a range of technologies such as phone calls and videos calls to help you keep connected with others. We offer all our brokers the chance to video call with our BDM’s, you can find out how to set up a video meeting with them here.
- Decide on a routine – Plan out your day by writing a schedule or a to do list this will help keep you focused and motivated.
- Keep your mind active – Keep up to date with the latest industry changes and look to develop your knowledge in specific areas that you would like to learn more about. You can visit our YouTube channel where our BDM’s share their knowledge on an array of different areas within the buy to let sector.
- Maintain a positive work/life balance – It’s easy to work more when you’re at home but make sure to take regular breaks and allow for time for yourself.
