Step 1. Email your local Business Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org with a time and date that you would like to have a video call.
Step 2. You will receive a Microsoft Teams meeting request from your local Business Manager, which you will need to accept.
Step 3. Just before the meeting make sure you open the link from Microsoft Teams, and this should then open the video meeting call.
You do not need to have a Microsoft Teams account on your computer for this to work but you will need a microphone and a camera.
Step 4. Wait for your Business Manager to join the meeting if they aren’t on the call already.
