AIP Certificate now available

AIP Certificate now available














We understand the importance of finding ways to improve our systems and add details to help support our brokers with their cases and clients, especially in the early stages of submission.


For that reason and following broker feedback you will now receive an AIP confirmation via email. This will give you the status of the AIP, advising whether it has been accepted, referred or declined and can be passed over to your landlord client.


  • Accepted – This will confirm acceptance of the AIP and the full mortgage application can now be submitted via the MyKeystone portal.


  • Referred – This means the submitted AIP has been referred to our Underwriters for further review. Once it has been reviewed an email will be sent to confirm if the AIP had been accepted, declined or if further information is required.


  • Decline – This will advise that the AIP was not successful, and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss.


Please note that an Agreement in Principle is based on the results of a soft credit search and additional checks are conducted when receiving the full mortgage application.
