For that reason and following broker feedback you will now receive an AIP confirmation via email. This will give you the status of the AIP, advising whether it has been accepted, referred or declined and can be passed over to your landlord client.
Please note that an Agreement in Principle is based on the results of a soft credit search and additional checks are conducted when receiving the full mortgage application.
