Limited Company Solicitors

Here you will find a list of the Panel solicitors that we would use to act on our behalf for any limited company applications. Your client may instruct their own solicitors, providing they are registered with the Law Society and have 2 SRA Approved Managers, or they can use the Panel solicitor that we instruct as well. 

For individual applications, the client’s solicitors must be registered with The Law Society and must have 3 SRA Approved Managers. The clients will also need to ensure they instruct their solicitor to act on their behalf. 
Please note that we will not accept licenced conveyancers. All legal fees are payable by the applicants.
