With individual applications we will normally instruct the client's solicitor to act for both parties in respect of both conveyance and compilation of the lenders requirements with regard to letting of the property.
The solicitor must be registered with the Law Society and have a minimum of 3 SRA approved managers.
We will not accept licenced conveyancers.
Limited Company Applications
On limited company applications, we will appoint one of our approved solicitors, listed below, to act on our behalf. Our solicitors can also act on behalf of the applicant(s). Alternatively, the applicant(s) can instruct their own firm of solicitors but we will still require our chosen firm to act on our behalf.
